Maui Coco & Cane is a locally owned, hands-on operation dedicated to sharing coconut water and sugar cane juice the way they’re meant to be enjoyed — fresh, vibrant, and straight from the source.
Everything we serve is grown on Maui, harvested with care, and prepared fresh. We don’t bottle, store, or ship products off-island. Instead, we focus on quality, connection, and offering an authentic island experience through simple, nourishing ingredients.
Coconut has long been part of the landscape and daily life of Hawaiʻi—valued for its water, fruit, fiber, shade, and the many practical uses of the niu itself. Served fresh at a private gathering, it brings that connection to place directly into the experience: cool, lightly sweet, and opened straight from the source.
Coconut water is naturally hydrating and contains naturally occurring electrolytes and minerals, including potassium, sodium, magnesium, and phosphorus. With no additives and very little between the tree and the guest, it is a simple, nourishing drink that feels entirely at home on Maui.
Kō—sugarcane—has deep roots in Hawaiʻi. Brought by Polynesian voyagers and cultivated here for generations, it was valued for its sweetness and woven into Hawaiian foodways, agriculture, and cultural practice. Pressed fresh at your event, the juice is bright, grassy, and naturally sweet, with a flavor unlike anything bottled or refined.
Fresh sugarcane juice contains naturally occurring carbohydrates, minerals including potassium, iron, and magnesium, and plant compounds studied for their antioxidant activity. Served without additives and pressed on the spot, it is a fresh, uplifting drink with a direct connection to the land and agricultural traditions of Hawaiʻi.
